Why should you work with Michael Pennisi?
There are 50,000+ Realtors in the state of New Jersey, why should YOU as a prospective client decide to work with me?
Let me ask you this, what is it that you should expect from a Realtor?
When the National Association of Realtors does it's annual survey to define what clients are looking for in their next agent, the responses are typically, "I want better communication" or "I want my agent to be more accessible." Every year I read this and I laugh.
Communication and accessibility should not be the goal, they should be the standard.
In most instances, real estate is the largest investment a person will make in their entire lives. Shouldn't every agent have the expertise and experience to educate clients to the point that they can make good decisions for themselves?
Making smart decisions that become successful transactions are the goal and a good Realtor is merely the means to that end.
I'm not the perfect Realtor for every client and that's absolutely fine. If I were the perfect agent for every client, I would begin to question what I was doing wrong. An excellent example of a client that would probably prefer to work with someone else is a seller looking to list their home for a price that defies reason.
Let me explain why.
I work seven days a week and all hours of the day and night. I start with this because I believe my dedication to my profession is as consistent as my drive to remain an expert in my field. I've studied real estate for years and continue to learn daily. I'm a junkie when it comes to real estate education and obsessed with implementing cutting edge tools to become more efficient in all that I do. It's beyond a profession and more along the lines of a passion.
When you love what you do and take pride in your work, it becomes difficult to represent clients that are unmotivated and insincere. Remember, my role is to understand the goals of my clients and work towards these goals. If a client is suggesting that they want to sell their home and gives me the opportunity to sit and discuss marketing the home,
