The Measure of Success
Throughout this site I have used my knowledge as a real estate professional to help create a place where people can find the answers to the questions they have been seeking. In this aspect I feel certain that my approach is quite similiar to every other professional website you may encounter.
With this observation in mind I have created this page as a way of addressing the fundamental point of difference between myself and most others in my profession. I dedicate this page to all of those people who live their lives under the mistaken assumption that success is a matter of avoiding failure. Success is not about avoiding failure. Failure is about avoiding failure.
I admit that I will never know everything there is to know about real estate. Anyone who claims different is either lying or naive. My best strength, however, is my ability to overcome failure. Just as I can assure you that I do not know every answer to every problem I can also assure you that I will never quit until I find that answer. This choice to overcome failure is not a professional decision, it is the way I live.
Below I have included a number of principles I stand for because those who stand for nothing will fall for anything.
